SPRING CLEAN-UP

Standard:
• Pick up and remove dead fall
• Rake and remove leaves from lawn

Extra:
• Spreading lime or fertilizer
• Sweeping and removing sand from walkways or driveways
• Planting
• Trimming hedges and shrubs
• Cutting back overgrowth on fences or building
• Dump runs

SUMMER MAINTENANCE

• Cut grass and trim lawn edges
• Blow grass clippings from walkways and driveway
• We use mulching lawn mowers to cut the grass (WE DO NOT HAVE BAGGING MOWERS)

***DUE TO INSURANCE LIMITATIONS, WE CAN NOT CLEAN GUTTERS OR DO*** ***ANY WORK THAT REQUIRES A LADDER***

FALL LEAF PICK-UP

• Cost will be determined by size of the property and the amount of trees
• Leaf removal usually requires 3-4 visits
• Most towns will pick up leaf bags that are left at the curb

***NOTE:  GROUNDWORK DOES NOT DO SNOW REMOVAL.

Eligibility:

• Clients must own their own homes.
• Minimum age: 62
• Low and/or fixed income.
• Must live in Bridgeport, Stratford, Fairfield or Norwalk.
• Maximum Lot Size: 6000 square feet
