In recognition of National Volunteer week Groundwork Bridgeport is launching a new initiative called Bridgeport Beautiful! Bridgeport Beautiful is a 5-day event that will beautify 5 different spaces and places in Bridgeport, CT! Bridgeport Beautiful was made possible by partnering with local corporations, businesses, residents, and organizations! Each day of Bridgeport Beautiful will focus on a unique part of Bridgeport and will help to beautify some of Groundwork Bridgeport's most recent projects including building out a Botanic Garden, re-establishing an education garden and installing a landscape design plan that was generated by Groundwork youth who participated in our Landscape Design Program!

1. Tuesday, April 17th: Burroughs-Saden Library

2. Wednesday, April 18th: Burroughs Community Center

3. Thursday, April 19th: Groundwork Lot at 553 Helen Street

4. Friday, April 20th: Groundwork Botanic Garden at 1425 Seaview Avenue

5. Saturday, April 21st: Beardsley Park
